Carl W. Potvin, President
Attorney Potvin serves as the President of the Board of Directors. He owns and operates the Law Office of Carl W. Potvin, P.C. in Rochester. Attorney Potvin received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1988. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Merrimack College in 1978, majoring in Psychology. He is a member of the Strafford County Bar Association, New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and an active participant in the Pro Bono Referral Program. He is also certified to practice as a Guardian ad Litem in the Superior, District and Probate Courts of the State of New Hampshire.
Mark Farrell, Vice President
Mark Farrell serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors. Mr. Farrell is the Director of Operations at Laars Heating Systems in Rochester. He is actively involved in the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce where he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2014-2015. Mr. Farrell also serves as a Trustee for Frisbie Memorial Hospital and is actively engaged in our healthcare community.
Claire Bisaillon, Secretary
Claire Bisaillon serves as the secretary of the Board of Directors. Mrs. Bisaillon is retired after having worked many years at Eversource (formerly Public Service of New Hampshire). She has a long history of community service and continues to contribute her time and talent today. Mrs. Bisaillon holds the honor of being the first female president of the Rochester Rotary club, and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce. Claire, along with her husband Gerry, were named the "Citizens of the Year" in April 2014.
Barbara Potvin, Treasurer
Barbara Potvin serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors. Mrs. Potvin has been working for the Law Office of Carl W. Potvin since 2005. She is a native of Rochester, New Hampshire, and a graduate of Spaulding High School. She received her Associate Degree in Business specializing in Accounting from McIntosh College in 1993, and has been working in the accounting field since 1990.
